Tooth wear is expected, but tooth breakage under normal working conditions is not.
1. A missing tooth exposes the adapter nose piece to wear. Any amount of worn metal from the adapter nosepiece leaves an open pocket between the adapter and replaced tooth. This open area allows the tooth to work back and forth.Our adapters are specially designed for teeth attached firmly.
2. Each tooth retainer must take up manufacturing tolerances so the tooth stays tight on the adapter.
WARRANTY:
The warranty period is 6 months or 1000 hours whichever occurs first. The warranty is to replace the part, with one of equal quality or value, or provide a full refund. This warranty covers parts only and does not include labor.
